Beyond expectations?

- Next year aspirations?
- Next year challenges?
Was it above and beyond your expectations? Maybe it didn't feel that way but after reflection you achieved more than you thought!
"More than we think" interesting that phrase - isn't it? " I can't do that", "that will be tricky", "I'm not good at that", "I wont enjoy that" - sometimes the messages we give ourselves is not the reality? Sometimes it only takes 5 minutes and it's done, sometimes we enjoyed something more than we thought possible, sometimes the difficult conversation went well, sometimes we achieved more in the year than we first felt/thought?
