Charging ahead or Going backwards?

Hindsight is a wonderful thing?   Sometimes we look back and things make sense - more sense than they did at the time.

Generally though - we have a good feel "in the moment" if we are going in the right direction, on the right track?

Are you standing still, treading water?  Are you moving forward in the direction you want? Is life passing you by?

So what does "Charging ahead/Going backwards" mean to you?  What does that tell you, you, need to do? When do you need to do it by? Set a deadline.
