Buried in the busyness .....

I have been so busy of late, I'd forgotten, not quite prioritised a bit of reflection time .... which I love so why was it not at the top of my list? 

Familiar ... things you're committed to not at the top of your list?

Then aha!  - a number of things connected together..... an article, a chat with another coach, a webinar, a meeting I'd been at ...... I hadn't connected them together ... hadn't taken the time to think ..... if only I'd seen the connection earlier ... it explained a lot ... a lot of what I was feeling

Oh the time and energy I could have saved myself .... yet again .... something I know, buried in the busyness
